Before proceeding, check to see if you have the most recent version of WhatsApp, and if not, update the app. You must also have the most current version of Google Assistant installed on your phone. • Say ‘Send a WhatsApp message to (your desired WhatsApp contact name)’ and wait for a second or two.
  • Google Assistant will now ask you to tell it about the message you want to send via WhatsApp.
  • Record your message by pressing the microphone icon.
  • You must respond in a clear voice with your message.
  • Let Google Assistant send your message without allowing you to type on the screen, say, “Okay, send it.”
