According to data from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), Jazz is the most complained about telecommunications operator, with 7,948 complaints, followed by Telenor, which has 5,096 complaints.
Zong came in third place with 3,553 complaints. Ufone received 1,639 complaints about its various services. PTA also received 216 complaints about basic telephony, of which 205 were resolved by March 2022. In addition, 582 complaints were received against ISPs, of which 571 were addressed.
Cellular mobile subscribers account for a sizable portion of the total telecom subscriber base. As a result, this segment receives the greatest number of complaints. By March, the total number of complaints against CMOs had reached 18,247. Jazz is the largest cellular operator overall in terms of subscriber ratio, so the number of complaints was higher.
As of January 2022, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) had received 19,067 complaints from telecom consumers against various telecom operators, including (cellular operators, PTCL, LDIs, WLL operators, and ISPs).
According to the PTA, it was able to resolve 18,948 complaints, or 99 percent of them.
