Google is already working on the Pixel Watch. The smartwatch has already been seen in numerous leaks and renders. Someone has now leaked photos of the Google Pixel Watch Prototype. The device, according to the anonymous source, was discovered in a restaurant somewhere in the United States.
Google Pixel Watch Prototype Surfaced Online
The device resembles previously leaked renders of the rumoured Pixel Watch. According to the anonymous source, the watch also came with a box stating that it was only for “internal testing and development.” It also noted that the “markings and packaging are subject to change.” That means the final product may differ from the reported prototype somehow.
Regardless, the leaked images revealed at least one button near the crown. The back face of the watch “looks metallic but feels like it’s coated with glass.” The person who abandoned this prototype also left behind a blue watchband connecting directly to the watch case.
Previous reports also revealed the Pixel Watch’s display, which will feature three icons on the smartwatch’s screen: a steps tracker, a heart rate monitor, and Fitbit integration.
Google applied for a trademark for a “Pixel Watch” earlier this week. According to other reports, the watch could be powered by a Samsung Exynos chipset. Google may officially unveil the look during its annual I/O 2022 developer conference, which kicks off on May 11.
Also, a retail box for the Google Pixel 6a has been spotted ahead of its launch.
