How to Enable Google Search Dark Mode

Google Search is Google Inc.’s web search engine. Google Search uses a color scheme that matches your device by default.

You can, however, override this to use dark mode on Google Search. Enabling dark mode on Google search may reduce eye strain and use less energy, allowing your phone battery to last longer.

Enabling Google Search Dark Mode on Windows and Mac:

  •  In your browser, go to www.google.com.
  •  In the bottom right corner, tap the Settings button.
  •  Go to “Search Settings.”
  •  Select “Appearance” from the left sidebar.
  •  Select the Dark theme and click the Save button.
