The reason is that on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, Colombian judge Vivian Polana was lying in bed smoking a cigarette.

According to the El Tiempo website, Polania turned off the camera more than 57 minutes before the incident. The woman became disjointed when the prosecutors told her that they could see her, despite the Public Ministry’s interference, and she once more connected with the cameras turning off.
It’s not the first time she’s caused controversy; in fact, she was previously investigated for posting NSFW and racing photos of herself on social media.

The Judicial Disciplinary Commission in Norte de Santander declared that Vivian (the suspended judge) had broken several administrative rules on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, according to the report.
