All three seasons of Avatar: The Last Airbender will hit Netflix in May

The hit animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender on Netflix, you’ll have to wait until May 15th in the US. Netflix said on Twitter that all three seasons of the show would be on the service next month.

The show follows the Avatar, who is the only person who can do this. The Avatar is born once every generation and is meant to keep the four elements and their wielders in balance. As the series starts, the Avatar hasn’t been around for a century. The Avatar and his friends have been reincarnated as a brave 12-year-old named Aang. They must fight the Fire Nation, which is waging a war against the rest of the world and is killing a lot of people.

The show was well-received by critics and gained a lot of fans during its run. The Legend of Korra, a follow-up show, premiered in 2012. M. Night Shyamalan’s live-action movie version of the book, which is known for being bad, came out in 2010. Netflix is working on a live-action version of Avatar with show creators Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko as executive producers, and they’ll be in charge of the project.
