Login to Zong eCare

Zong eCare is an entirely free feature. This allows prepaid and postpaid SIM users to easily check their calls, SMS, internet, and other services via their online care account. To access Zong eCare, follow the steps below.

1. Go to this Login portal Page to access your Zong care account.
2. Enter your Zong phone number.
3. Enter the characters from the image and click the “Log in” button.
4. An SMS with a PIN will be sent to your phone number.
5. So, in the password box, enter the pin (Session will be closed after 10 mins of inactivity)
6. Never, ever share your PIN with anyone.
7. Then, once more, type the characters from the image.
8. You will now be logged in to the Zong eCare portal.

Examine Your Zong Call, SMS, and Data History

Most people check their SIM usage history after logging into Zong care. If you want to see the usage history, follow this procedure.

1. In the main menu, select Usage History. (Ecare login required)
2. A confirmation pin will be sent to your phone number via SMS.
3. Enter the pin and press the Submit button.
4. You will now notice three features (1: Call History, 2: SMS History, 3: internet data History) Select the history that interests you.
5. Now, choose a date (month/day/year).
6. When you select a date, you can see the current history.
